The Al Coccio Restaurant has been operating since 1983 in Sansepolcro
and has been located since 1988 in via Aggiunti.
In 1998 it was taken over by Sara Emanuela Battistelli who,
with a lot of passion, study and commitment,
involves its guests with a genuine cuisine
created with fresh and seasonal products
(without the use of nuts, surrogates or other types of seasonings).
The pastas are strictly pulled by hand as they once were.
Appetizers, Sauces, Meats and Magnificent Desserts are taken care of
from the Chefs: Loide Battistelli, Sara’s sister,
Andrea Ardanese, helped by Penka Ignatova.
In the dining room you will be advised, as well as by Sara, by Maître Serena Rossi.
